To receive a refund, you must have the original receipt. Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the card used. Payment by personal check to the MANGY MOOSE will be refunded by a company check within 7 business days of the merchandise return.

If the receipt is not available, we will exchange merchandise or issue a store credit at the current selling price.

All refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition.
